Property maintenance and junk removal in Toronto

ALLCLASS is a Toronto-based property maintenance and junk removal company that sends a fully equipped crew to your address anywhere in the city. We remove junk, demolish what needs to come out, haul material with our own dump trucks, power wash, build and repair fences, waterproof basements, and pave asphalt. Homeowners, condo boards, landlords, contractors, and property managers book us with one call to (416) 898-1050 or through the online form.

Our base is at Queens Quay West, so downtown, Midtown, the east end, and the west end are all a short drive. Tight laneways, underground loading docks, walk-up apartments, and elevator bookings are normal parts of a Toronto job for us, not surprises.

Our services in Toronto

Every service below is delivered in Toronto by the same fully mobile ALLCLASS crew, with our own trucks and equipment on site.

Junk Removal

Condo move-outs, estate cleanouts in older east-end homes, and office strip-outs downtown. We handle elevator bookings and loading-dock timing.

Demolition

Kitchen and bathroom tear-outs in semis and rowhouses, garage teardowns, and interior strip-outs for retail along Queen, Bloor, and the Danforth.

Dump Truck Services

Soil, gravel, concrete, and renovation debris hauled from tight city lots where a full-size bin will not fit or cannot sit on the street.

Fencing

Wood privacy fencing and repairs on narrow Toronto lots, plus old fence removal and haul-away in the same trip.

Waterproofing

Interior and exterior waterproofing for the city’s older brick homes in areas like Leslieville, Roncesvalles, and the Junction where basements take on water.

Power Washing

Driveways, patios, storefronts, garbage pads, and loading zones cleaned with our mobile rig. No water hookup needed on site.

Truck Wash

On-site truck and fleet washing at yards and depots in the Port Lands, the Etobicoke industrial areas, and along the 401 corridor.

Asphalt Paving

Driveway paving, patching, and parking-pad repair for homes and small commercial lots across the city.

Where Toronto junk actually goes

Toronto’s curbside program takes some oversized items on garbage day, but there are limits on size and count, and anything from a renovation or a commercial address is excluded. The city runs drop-off depots such as Commissioners Street, Bermondsey, Dufferin, and Disco Road, but they charge by weight and you need a truck to get there. For anything bigger than a couple of items, one crew visit is usually cheaper than the time and trips a depot run takes.

Local know-how for Toronto jobs

Bins, permits, and downtown logistics

If a bin has to sit on a city street rather than a private driveway, Toronto requires a street occupation permit through Transportation Services. Many downtown lots have no driveway at all, which is why so much of our Toronto work is done with a crew and truck instead of a bin drop. For condos we coordinate with property management on elevator bookings and loading-dock windows before the day of the job.

What Toronto jobs look like

Condo move-outs and furniture removal downtown. Estate and hoarding cleanouts in older houses in the east and west ends. Basement waterproofing in brick semis. Interior demolition ahead of renovations. Storefront and garbage-pad power washing for restaurants and retail. Industrial and fleet work in the Port Lands and Etobicoke.

Why Toronto property owners book ALLCLASS

Close to every part of the city

Our base is on the waterfront, so a job in Scarborough or Etobicoke is still a same-day trip, and downtown work is minutes away.

Built for city constraints

Laneway access, no-driveway lots, elevator bookings, and permit questions are part of the plan, not an excuse for a delay.

One crew, every service

Clear the space, take down what is coming out, haul the material, and wash the surface without booking four different companies.

Toronto FAQs

Do you offer same-day junk removal in Toronto?

Often, yes. Same-day and next-day slots depend on the day’s route, but Toronto addresses are closest to our base so they are the easiest to fit in. Call (416) 898-1050 for the fastest answer.

Can you remove junk from a condo downtown?

Yes. We do condo move-outs and furniture removal across downtown Toronto regularly. Tell us the building’s elevator booking and loading-dock rules and we plan the visit around them.

How is junk removal priced in Toronto?

By the volume the load takes up in the truck, quoted on site before any work starts. Heavy materials like concrete, soil, and shingles may be priced separately. No prices are listed online because every load is different.

Do I need a permit for a bin in Toronto?

Only if the bin sits on a public street, lane, or boulevard. On a private driveway, no permit is needed. For lots without a driveway we usually send a crew and truck instead, so there is nothing to permit.

Which parts of Toronto do you cover?

All of it: downtown, Midtown, East York, the east end and Scarborough, the west end and Etobicoke, North York, and York. If you are on the edge of the city, send the address anyway.

Customer Reviews

Coverage matters, but what people remember most is whether the crew made the job easy once they actually arrived.
